Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saveurs-metiers.be\/fr\/le-miel-wallon-obtient-le-label-igp\/\">le Miel wallon<\/a> en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est le Boudin blanc de Li\u00e8ge qui obtient officiellement la reconnaissance europ\u00e9enne en Indication g\u00e9ographique prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (IGP). <br \/>Une tr\u00e8s bonne nouvelle qui tombe \u00e0 pic \u00e0 quelques semaines des f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, cette p\u00e9riode dont le boudin est un mets indissociable !\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8de487f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8de487f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43971cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43971cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Le label IGP r\u00e9compense les produits dont la qualit\u00e9 et les caract\u00e9ristiques sont intimement li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur territoire d\u2019origine.<\/strong> C\u2019est bel et bien le cas avec le Boudin blanc de Li\u00e8ge ! Pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de viande maigre et de gras de porc, il doit sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 \u00e0 un ingr\u00e9dient-signature typique de la gastronomie li\u00e9geoise : <strong>la marjolaine<\/strong>. Cette herbe ar\u00f4matique est cultiv\u00e9e et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e selon des exigences strictes, avant d\u2019\u00eatre incorpor\u00e9e par feuilles enti\u00e8res par les bouchers-charcutiers, afin d\u2019en pr\u00e9server toute la saveur dans le produit fini. <br \/>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et ce savoir-faire se transmettent dans les boucheries li\u00e9geoises depuis plus de 100 ans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8884ec5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" bouchers-charcutiers de la Province de Li\u00e8ge, appuy\u00e9s par les organisations professionnelles et pouvoirs publics wallons suivants : la cellule AgriLabel, le Centre interprofessionnel mara\u00eecher, le Coll\u00e8ge des Producteurs et le SPW Agriculture, Ressources naturelles et Environnement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3c28e7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
