Un geste fort qui souligne le savoir-faire artisanal qui entoure la production de la baguette, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 elle appara\u00eet menac\u00e9e par l\u2019industrialisation et par la baisse du nombre de petites boulangeries, notamment dans les zones rurales fran\u00e7aises.<\/p><p>Avec sa cro\u00fbte croustillante et sa mie moelleuse, la baguette est apparue au d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle \u00e0 Paris. Elle reste aujourd\u2019hui le premier pain consomm\u00e9 par nos voisins fran\u00e7ais : ils sont 12 millions chaque jour \u00e0 pousser la porte d\u2019une boulangerie pour se procurer leur fameuse baguette.<\/p><p>En 1993, un d\u00e9cret vient encadrer et fixer les r\u00e8gles qui d\u00e9finissent la baguette de tradition.
